What do the plans cost?
You're billed on connected accounts. Posts, projects, teammates, the API and the MCP connector are included everywhere — the tiers genuinely differ by account count alone.
Every tier can be paid monthly or yearly. Pay for a year and save 20% — the same plan, charged once instead of twelve times.
| Plan | Price and accounts |
|---|---|
| Creator | $24/month or $228/year · up to 10 accounts |
| Team | $45/month or $432/year · up to 30 accounts |
| Agency | $99/month or $948/year · unlimited accounts |
How does the trial work?
7 days, card required to start.
You can connect up to 5 accounts and write and save drafts without paying anything — the trial starts when you first click Post. That's on purpose: you should be able to see your own handles and your own preview before deciding.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Account → Billing → Manage billing, which opens Stripe's own portal. Change tier, update the card, or cancel there.
Cancelling stops posting; it doesn't delete anything. Your posts, receipts and settings are still there if you come back.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days of your first payment, yes — in full, no reason needed. Email support@xpost.to and we send it back to the card that paid.
After that, cancelling isn't refunded for the period you're already in: the plan keeps working until that period ends. But anything that's our mistake — a double charge, a charge after you cancelled, the wrong plan, an outage that stopped your posts going out — we refund whenever it happens. The full wording is in the Terms.
Still stuck? Ask a person.
Email support@xpost.to. If it’s about a post that went wrong, the fastest thing you can send is the link to it from Receipts — that page already has the platform’s own error text on it.
Building on the API or wiring up an agent? The developer docs go deeper than these pages do.
