How do approvals work?

Turn them on for a project. Every new post waits in the queue. Owners and admins approve it or send it back with a note — from the email, from Telegram, or from the dashboard.

Owner runs the project and the billing. Admin can do everything except billing. Composer can write and schedule, and their posts wait for approval.

Can I manage several brands?

Yes. Each brand is a project with its own accounts, team, settings and time zone. Switch between them from the top of the page. Creator covers three, Team ten.

What does a client see on a review link?

The planned feed for their accounts, each post in preview, and a place to leave notes and a verdict. They cannot edit, delete or post. Review links are included from the Team plan.

Is there an audit log?

Yes. Every action is recorded with who did it and when — including actions taken by an AI agent, which are marked as such.

Can I see who did what?

Yes. Every post, edit, approval and publishing attempt is recorded with who did it, in Action history.

How much does a seat cost?

Nothing extra. Plans are priced by connected accounts. Team seats start with the Team plan at $62 a month, and there is no cap on them — invite as many people as you need.
